1. You can reset your password using our 'Forgot Your Password?' page https://app.privado.live/en/forgot-password. The reset can be done using your username or registered email address. The code for resetting your password will be sent right to your registered email address:
2. If you do not see our email arriving in the next few minutes, please remember to check your spam folder. Once you receive the email, copy or memorize the received code:
4. Enter the code from the email; then enter your new password, confirm it, and hit 'Save Password':
5. You can now proceed to the Privado app login as well. If you need to change your password in the future, click 'Change password' inside your Amin area:
*** If you own Privado VPN through our Usenet partners, please log in to the Privado app using your username instead of your email. You can copy your username in the Privado Admin panel.
